You may request the closure of your 1plus ph account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no suspicious activity is associated with the account.

All transactions on the 1plus ph Platform are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities. Players must not use the Platform for any money laundering or financial crime activity.
